The situation
Khoros needed pipeline in EMEA and ANZ. They needed quality leads that would actually convert downstream, not just volume. And they needed a feedback loop between marketing and sales so campaign optimisation was based on real pipeline data, not just form fills.
What we did
We built and managed their LinkedIn campaigns, translating their customer personas into precise targeting, constantly testing creative and content, and closing the loop with the sales team to optimise based on what was actually converting. Spend and creative were adjusted continuously based on real performance data.
The results
LinkedIn became Khoros's best-performing lead gen channel in ANZ, delivering 60% of all qualified leads. The campaign was so effective that LinkedIn featured it as an official customer story on their marketing solutions site. Targets improved quarter on quarter. Spend went down while results went up.
