Social advertising that fills pipeline, not feeds.

LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit can all print qualified pipeline - if the targeting maps to real buyers, the creative gets refreshed before it fatigues, and someone closes the loop with sales.

Social platforms sell reach. What you need is revenue. Plenty of paid social accounts manage to confuse the two for years.

We've run paid social for enterprise SaaS, national consumer brands, and categories nobody thought social could work for - funeral services included. Different audiences, same discipline.

The discipline

  • Personas into parameters. We translate who actually buys into targeting the platforms can execute, then narrow it with performance data.
  • Creative as a system. Concepts, variants, and refresh cycles planned against fatigue curves - produced by us or briefed to your agency; we play nice with agencies.
  • Closed loop with sales. Campaign optimisation runs on what converts downstream, not what fills forms - which requires tracking you can trust.
  • No franchise loyalty. LinkedIn when precision pays for its premium, Facebook & Instagram when reach and cost win, Reddit when your buyers research before they buy. We hold no franchise loyalty.

LinkedIn has featured our Khoros work as an official customer story: 60% of all qualified ANZ leads from one channel, targets improved quarter on quarter, spend down. For PagerDuty, localised creative drove ~98% of leads in test phases, pipeline more than doubled year on year, and MQLs tripled. That's the bar we hold the channel to.

Questions we get asked

Which platform should we be on?

Where your buyers are and the economics work - which is an answer we get from your data, not from a trend piece. Sometimes it's LinkedIn's precision, sometimes Facebook's reach at a third of the cost - though the deciding number is cost per qualified lead, never CPM. We've written a whole post comparing them.

Our last agency reported engagement. What do you report?

Qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, and what happened to them in your pipeline. Likes are a by-product, not a result. If a campaign engages beautifully and sells nothing, we kill it.

How much creative do we need?

More than you think, less than a production house wants to sell you. Creative fatigue is the silent killer of social performance - we plan refresh cycles from the start and tell you exactly what to produce and when.

Can you work alongside our sales team?

That's when it works best. The Khoros campaigns performed because sales feedback flowed into targeting regularly. Form fills are a guess; closed-loop feedback is a strategy.
